We offer a basic salary from £28,323.36 up to £28,571.40 plus bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

Join us as a Parts Advisor. Your daily responsibilities will include serving internal and external customers promptly and offering effective advice based on your product knowledge.

Role responsibilities:

• Serve customers within the parts department, providing advice on available products and parts
• Ensure correct implementation of pricing structures
• Collaborate with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
• Complete all paperwork and requisitions accurately, maintaining a secure environment

What you need to succeed:

• Full UK manual driving licence (desirable, not essential)
• Experience in parts (desirable, not essential); customer service experience is essential, with the ability to demonstrate product knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organisation, admin, and computer systems experience
