We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be involved in all areas of the branch operations, with a focus on maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Taking orders over the telephone and upselling to increase invoice value.
• Making outbound calls to raise customer awareness and increase sales.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Actively promoting offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
• Reducing credits and returns by ensuring accurate orders and timely dispatch of parts.

• Punctual, organized, and efficient in meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and enthusiastic when engaging with customers.
