Holdcroft Motor Group in Hanley is offering an Apprenticeship as a Parts Advisor. You will learn all aspects of the parts environment alongside an experienced team, including customer service, parts identification, stock control, and sales support.

No prior parts experience required; the program provides full training, a Level 3 qualification, mentorship, and opportunities for progression within Holdcroft Motor Group.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

Apprentice Parts Advisor

Your Role

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn every aspect of the parts environment, including:

• Customer Service: Learning to build strong relationships with trade and retail customers, offering friendly, professional support via phone, counter, and email.

• Parts Identification & Ordering: Training on electronic catalogs and systems to accurately identify, locate, and order automotive parts and accessories.

• Workplace Collaboration: Supporting our internal technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure parts are delivered efficiently for vehicle repairs.

• Stock & Inventory Control: Assisting with receiving deliveries, stock checking, organizing inventory, and processing returns.

• Sales Support: Developing product knowledge to help maximize parts sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
