Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group in Hanley is offering an Apprenticeship as a Parts Advisor. You will learn all aspects of the parts environment alongside an experienced team, including customer service, parts identification, stock control, and sales support.

No prior parts experience required; the program provides full training, a Level 3 qualification, mentorship, and opportunities for progression within Holdcroft Motor Group.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Interest in automotive industry and desire to learn.
• Comfort with computers and new software.

Responsibilities

• Learn to identify, locate and order automotive parts.
• Provide friendly support via phone, counter and email.
• Support technicians and aftersales team to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, stock checks and returns.
• Develop product knowledge to boost parts sales.
