Job summary

Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a prestigious premium main car dealership in Stockport. You will be integral to the Aftersales team, ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have previous Parts Advisor experience in a main dealership, be highly organised with excellent communication skills, and enjoy a busy environment with regular manufacturer training and clear career

• Ordering and supplying genuine vehicle parts
• Liaising with technicians and Service Advisors

• Liaising with manufacturers and parts suppliers

The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the dealership’s Aftersales team, ensuring the workshop and customers receive the correct parts efficiently and professionally.

You’ll work closely with technicians, Service Advisors, customers and manufacturers to ensure parts are ordered, supplied and invoiced correctly, helping to keep the workshop operating efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous Parts Advisor experience within a main car dealership, preferably within a premium automotive environment. You’ll be organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with customers, technicians and suppliers. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment are essential.
