Parts Advisor

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + Commission, Company Training, Healthcare Plan, Progression Opportunities

Location: Commutable to Sevenoaks

My client is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a successful Parts team, working closely with the Parts Manager. This role offers an opportunity to join a well-known brand in the construction industry, known for its reputation and established team. We are looking for someone eager to build a new career, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements: Must have a valid driving license.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and attachments to customer requests
• Ensure all parts are invoiced correctly
• Recommend the best parts to meet customer needs at depot and on-site
• Be proactive and upsell where appropriate
• Handle customer queries over the phone in the office
• Achieve sales targets
• Represent the face of the business

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer focus
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
