Salary: £32,000 OTE (including £27,000 to £29,000 basic depending on experience, plus bonus)

Are you a Parts Advisor in search of a new challenge? You have arrived at the right place. Here at Mercedes-Benz of Gatwick, we are on the hunt for a Parts Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Gatwick Mercedes-Benz brand parts department. Working alongside a team of 4 parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers' expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions accurately and timely, and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager, David Walczak.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
2. Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop
3. Ensure all items are correctly located and stock is controlled
4. Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
5. Answer calls from customers
6. Provide excellent customer care

Qualifications

You should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
