We are seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our Braintree branch. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the front counter, answering calls, and serving retail and trade clients
• Building long-term relationships with local customers
• Promoting offers and customer incentives
• Ensuring accurate parts ordering and reducing credits/returns

Ideal candidates will have experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, we are open to training candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.

You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment. There may be occasional warehouse duties such as picking or stock management.

Knowledge of the local area and customer base is advantageous.
