As a Sales Advisor within our branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with trade customers regularly, both in person in the branch and over the phone, aiming to win new business and strengthen relationships with existing trade customers, ultimately delivering on our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers and be regarded as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all call backs are completed promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor on customer returns, aiming to reduce return rates by building better relationships.
• Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer segments and product groups.
