Qualifications

• Teile für die Front- und Rücktheke identifizieren und beschaffen.

Parts Advisor - Saltash (Relocating to Plymouth in Spring 2025)
Salary: £13.77hr
Overtime paid at 1.5 X
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm plus a Saturday morning, all shift times are operated on a rota basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established team at our Saltash site, with a planned relocation to a brand-new facility in Plymouth in late spring 2025. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service focus and experience in parts handling within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and source parts for both front and back counters
2. Check off stock, accurately put items away, and maintain a tidy stock area
3. Pick orders and place them on the delivery shelves
4. Process supplier returns and customer credits
5. Handle warranty returns
6. Conduct perpetual stock checking
7. Stock receipting using DMS systems

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Excellent customer service and administrative skills
2. Friendly, proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
3. Some knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade
4. Experience working to performance targets
5. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
6. Familiarity with Autoline, Kerridge, or Keyloop is beneficial
7. Willingness to work the late shift (11:00 am - 8:00 pm), potentially extending to 10:00 pm in the future

Hours of Work:

1. Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (potentially moving to 10:00 pm in the future)
2. Saturday mornings on a rota basis
3. 45 hours per week (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
