Job role: Parts Advisor

Location: Poole

Salary: £28,600

Holt Recruitment has a vacancy for a Parts Advisor in the Poole area to join an independently-owned Prestige Dealership Group.

This is a unique opportunity where you will act more as a consultant to customers with over 40 years of experience; this role is an excellent step towards becoming an accredited expert with the brand, including classic car parts.

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday, with one hour unpaid break (total hours).
• Saturdays on a rota basis, 08:00 – 14:00.

This is a very established business with a different approach to aftersales compared to larger PLCs. More of a managerial/consultant role than a traditional Advisor in this high-paced environment.

Skills and experience required:

• Coordinate colleagues to support increased profit and sales, in line with an efficient service department.
• Committed to excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations.
• A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated to provide the most efficient service possible.
