Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:30 | 14:00 – 22:00 | 1 in 5 Saturdays required.
Salary starting from £26,457 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Avonmouth branch. As a Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for timely and efficient parts supply, and the main point of contact for parts queries from customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers updated, and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered according to operational needs.
• Assist with delivery and collection of parts, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
• Help control the branch's stock profile.
• Conduct and oversee stock checks proactively.
