Qualifications

Responsibilities

Automotive Parts Advisor - Bristol

Salary: Basic £26,500, OTE £30,000 +

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturdays paid as Overtime

Theo Jones Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client.

Experience in a Motor-trade Parts Advisor position within the automotive industry is essential.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the Parts department
• Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payments
• Handling general Aftersales enquiries and collaborating with the Service department
• Providing estimates when required
• Achieving sales targets by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts
• Handling customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
• Checking in parts deliveries
• Assisting with parts stock checks
• Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers
• Contacting customers to offer special promotions

The ideal Parts Advisor:

• Works collaboratively with colleagues to support increased profit and sales
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations
• Friendly, professional, with integrity, discretion, and objectivity
• Demonstrates experience in a parts department
• Possesses a good technical understanding of motor vehicles and a willingness to update technical knowledge
• Has a good telephone manner
• Knowledge of Kerridge is essential
• Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence
