Have you worked in a busy parts environment and had experience of giving advice, help and support to customers? Have you worked in the truck or automotive industry before?
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Plymouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
No two days will be the same in this role, as one minute you could be involved in solving a complex parts-related query, and the next you could be promoting further parts sales in the branch. You will have the opportunity to identify truck, van, or coach parts as part of incoming queries and ensure we have all the stock needed to keep the branch operating smoothly.
To be the right fit, you should have a good analytical mind, be proactive in maintaining customer service standards, and have a keen attention to detail. Experience in the truck industry is a significant advantage; however, experience in the automotive sector would also be beneficial, as we can provide training. You should be methodical, capable of problem-solving, and strong in administration to keep all paperwork up to date.
