Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Service Team and deliver a high standard of service to all our customers. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.

Job Details

• Position: Senior Parts Advisor
• Location: Exeter
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm, with half an hour unpaid lunch. Every third Saturday, 8.00am to 12noon.

Parts Advisor Role:

You will be involved in duties such as:

• Over the counter customer parts sales in person and on the telephone
• Dealing with a busy workshop for orders for all parts
• Sourcing, controlling, and procuring parts
• Stock control, stock taking, warranty parts retention, and storage for audit purposes
• Issuing PPE equipment to staff
• Resolving invoice queries, sorting returns to suppliers, and chasing credits
• Controlling waste disposal, purchasing tools and equipment for the workshop, including consumables
• Managing parts through our dealer management system (DMS)

All staff are expected to promote the company positively to enhance parts sales and growth opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
