Job description

We are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor to join our team at our Plymouth branch.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of parts, the ability to work independently and as part of a team whilst being motivated, timely and proactive.

The role requires:

• Handling customer sales enquiries face to face and over the telephone.
• Technical aptitude to assist customers and support service technicians in garages and workshops.
• It's important to have excellent interpersonal skills to handle queries effectively, offer relevant advice and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Dealing with customer payments, handling returns and managing warranty or repair services for defective parts.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining considerable attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be able to show:

The role is full time permanent (subject to successful completion of a 6 month probationary period), Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning every third week. We offer a very competitive salary, 25 days annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays.
