Job summary

Arnold Clark in Nottingham is seeking a Parts Advisor to keep our workshops stocked and to guide customers through every stage of their vehicle journey. We’ll provide comprehensive training, even if you have no prior parts experience.

You will identify parts, place orders, assist the workshop, and liaise with customers while handling invoicing to ensure a quick, accurate service. This is a full-time role with 8am–5:30pm hours and some Saturday shifts.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Motorstore in Nottingham. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
