Job summary

Arnold Clark in Glasgow is seeking a Parts Advisor to keep our workshops stocked with the right parts and to update customers through every stage of their vehicle journey. Training will be provided, no prior parts experience required.

The role focuses on stock management, strong customer service, and effective communication with the workshop, aiming to deliver excellent service to customers daily.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our South Street Vauxhall/Peugeot/Citroen/DS/Mazda branch in Glasgow. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
