Job summary

Arnold Clark’s Fiat branch in Dunfermline is seeking a Parts Advisor. Full training will be provided, no prior parts experience required. You’ll keep workshop stock up to date and liaise with customers about their vehicle journey, ensuring smooth service from start to finish.

Typical day includes identifying parts, placing orders, packing, invoicing and stock control while delivering friendly, helpful customer service. Full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:00–17:30 with alternating Saturdays.

• A great communicator – friendly, clear and concise.
• Enjoy working with your customers.
• Happy using computers, although we’ll provide training on all the systems you’ll need.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Fiat branch in Dunfermline. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
