Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Stoke branch. No prior parts experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role focuses on keeping workshops well-stocked and keeping customers informed through every stage of the process.

Hours are full-time with regular weekday shifts and some Saturdays. You’ll be comfortable using computers and have strong customer service and stock-management skills.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Vauxhall/Peugeot branch in Stoke. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
