Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Telford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our new branch. No prior parts experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed with stock and customer service. You’ll help keep workshops stocked with the right parts and update customers on their vehicle journey at every stage.

Full-time hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5:30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm. We offer £42,500 OTE with bonuses, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, Simplyhealth GP

Qualifications

• Customer service experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
• Great communicator – friendly, clear and concise.
• Enjoy working with customers.
• Happy using computers; training on systems will be provided.

We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our new branch in Telford. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

Hours

About the role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.

If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
