We are constantly growing our business and have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Parts Advisor to join our After Sales Team in Mervyn Stewart North Down, based in Conlig, dealing with the MG & Skoda brands.
As an Experienced Parts Advisor, you will help ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department with reference to trade, workshop sales, and goods inwards. You will also be building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our customers whilst also working to achieve sales targets for the department. This is a role for a talented, enthusiastic individual keen to develop their skills within the motor industry.
In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role, you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible After Sales experience.
Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
