Job description

We are keen to recruit Apprentice Parts Advisors for our busy Aftersales departments across the Agnew Group.

This exciting Apprenticeship opportunity is available in our premium brands including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Mini, Porsche, and Volkswagen.

We have opportunities in Belfast, Mallusk, and Portadown.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

The program is run in partnership with various training providers.

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will be involved in receipting and dispatching, serving customers face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone, along with other general goods inward duties.

Over three years, our Apprentice Parts Advisors learn through on-the-job training in our own Parts Departments combined with classroom training.

Main duties for this role may include the following:

  1. A team player who works well under pressure and has a genuine passion for customer service.
  2. The ability to work within given timescales and pursue all aspects of administration.
  3. Having achieved or being expected to achieve at least grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  4. Demonstrating a passionate interest in or relevant practical experience of motor vehicles.
  5. Strong IT skills, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
  6. The ability to learn and apply new concepts and ideas.
  7. A flexible approach to working hours, as shift patterns may be in operation.
