Job summary

SCANIA (GREAT BRITAIN) LIMITED in Lincoln is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy branch. You will be the main point of contact for customer parts queries, build strong customer relationships, and ensure timely parts supply while supporting stock control and supplier liaison.

The role includes in-house training, a competitive pension, life insurance and ongoing career progression opportunities. Working hours are shift-based with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with customers, delivering a first-class service, pro-actively keeping customers up to date and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered in line with operational needs.
• Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring parts are packaged and documented correctly.
• Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch.
• Proactively undertake and oversee stock checks.

Parts Advisor – Lincoln

Working Hours: Shift Rotation - Monday - Friday

Week 1: 07:00-15:30

Week 2: 09:30-18:00

Alternate Saturdays (OT)

Salary starting from £27,248 per annum plus an excellent benefits package.

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focussed individual to join our Lincoln branch. As Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team, at the heart of branch operations, responsible for timely and efficient parts supply. You will be the main point of contact for all parts queries from customers and your branch colleagues.
