Parts Advisor - Mercedes-Benz Leicester

Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service to all customers.

What You’ll Do Day To Day

• Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information
• Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer records on our systems
• Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers
• Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
