Trainee Parts Advisor – Volvo Trucks Leicester

Salary: £12.21 per hour + Training + Benefits

Monday – Friday, 06:00hrs – 14:00hrs

Saturday mornings @ overtime once training completed

What you will do

As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you’ll be trained to:

  • Assist customers with parts enquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Identify, locate, and supply the correct parts for vehicles using manufacturer systems
  • Manage stock levels and process incoming deliveries
  • Prepare and issue invoices and documentation
  • Support the workshop team with internal parts requests
  • Maintain a clean, organised parts department
Who are you?

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good IT skills and ability to adapt to systems
