Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Kettering is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join a standalone role in the main dealership's aftersales team. You will own and manage the parts department, servicing retail and trade enquiries and ensuring stock accuracy and efficient workshop support.

Our client, a well-established family-run main dealership with over 20 years of success in the motor trade, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their dedicated aftersales team in Kettering. This is a standalone Parts Advisor role, offering genuine autonomy to take ownership of the parts department and contribute meaningfully to the dealership’s continued success.

Key responsibilities of the Parts Advisor:

• Managing retail and trade parts enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Supplying parts accurately and promptly to the workshop team
• Ordering, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Processing invoices, warranties, and return procedures with accuracy
