Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join their busy parts department, supporting workshop teams and retail customers.

You will manage stock, identify and source parts using supplier systems, handle enquiries by phone, email and in person, and contribute to sales targets while delivering friendly, professional service in a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within an automotive parts environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Computer literacy, with experience in parts catalogues and dealer management systems advantageous.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
