Upon completing your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to further your learning and career. The earning potential for a Parts Assistant exceeds £20,000, with potential for advancement into team leadership, management roles within the retail network, or positions at our Head Office in Milton Keynes.
The Parts Department is central to our operations. Our Parts Advisors manage stock control of vehicle parts and accessories, including ordering, selling, and ensuring that our workshop team has the necessary parts to complete their tasks.
Your daily duties may include:
We seek candidates who are methodical, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. IT literacy is also important, though full training will be provided.

Training combines virtual classroom learning and face-to-face sessions at our state-of-the-art training centre. Our trainers will guide you through e-learning, classroom, and practical training. A dedicated mentor will support your ongoing learning and application of skills at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with possible Saturday work or shifts. The exact schedule will be confirmed upon application.
