Parts Advisor

Do you currently work in a Sales or Support role within the automotive sector? Are you looking to move into a new permanent position?

First Call Talent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Parts Advisor for our clients nationally recognised company who are a specialist within their field.

The company produce and supply a range of automotive products and are looking to add to their team. This is an exciting time to be joining our clients team with expansions planned moving into 2025.

This role is being recruited for in: Corby, NN17.

Immediate interviews and starts are available.

Candidate duties will include:

• To provide sales and after sales support both internally and externally to clients throughout the UK
• Administration and customer service duties including quotations, order forms, stock and order traceability, invoice control and marketing material
• Ensure sales order processing, stock control and stock ordering are all maintained
• Provide support to the warehouse in the identification, order picking, packing kitting and commissioning of all units
• Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times
• Liaising with various departments within the company to provide administration support and sound advice

Candidates will come from a Sales Administration or Sale Support background within the automotive sector, have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage a very busy, varied workload.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota.

Starting salary up to £28kpa depending on experience + Excellent Company Benefits, including bonus.
