Job summary

Charles Hurst Group in Belfast is seeking a Parts Administrator to support our parts department, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient ordering, and excellent service to engineers, service teams and customers.

This role is a permanent position with a salary of £28,500 per annum and 42.5 hours per week (7-5 or 8-5, Monday–Friday), offering progression within a leading UK automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts, stores, or administrative role (preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records
• Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Booking parts in and out of the system
• Handling queries from engineers, service teams, and customers
• Producing reports and maintaining documentation
• Ensuring pricing, part numbers, and descriptions are correct
• Supporting general administrative duties within the department
