Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Parts Administrator in Stoke-on-Trent with automotive experience for clear progression to branch management.

You will handle parts enquiries by phone and in person, assist with stock control and ordering from suppliers, and work within a busy team. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Training and a company bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Automotive background or similar experience preferred.
• Experience in parts sales or service is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

Are you a Parts Administrator from an Automotive background or similar looking to join one of the UK’s leading providers of automotive parts, renowned for looking after their staff and offering rapid progression to branch management?

This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, where you will be handling incoming and outgoing parts telephone enquiries and sales with a range of blue chip and household name clients. Additionally, your role will involve serving customers on the trade counter and picking items in the warehouse for drivers.

On offer is the opportunity to join the UK’s biggest provider of automotive parts, with over 15 branches all over the UK, and boast outstanding staff retention. This company are continuing their rapid growth and looking for a Parts Advisor to come in and move up the ranks.

This role would suit a Parts Administrator form an automotive background looking to join a market leading company who look after their staff, provide continuous development and multiples opportunities to progress within the business.

The Role:

• Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
• Unpacking stock and Warehouse upkeep
• Handling all parts queries and sales
• Liaise with suppliers to purchase parts and maintain stock levels
• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, 42 hours per week
