Charles Hurst Usedirect Portadown is hiring a Parts Advisor for a permanent full-time role. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, handling parts orders, upselling accessories, and coordinating with service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or telesales.
• Good knowledge of automotive products is a plus.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to upsell parts and accessories.
• Process orders, check stock, and advise on pricing and availability.
• Ensure orders are completed, invoiced, and dispatched on schedule.
