Job summary

Mixxos Group in Flitwick is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join our engineering team. You will provide front-line technical and commercial support to customers and engineers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring parts are supplied quickly and accurately.

The role combines customer service with problem solving in a fast-moving environment, with a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum plus benefits, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Identifying parts using technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and parts catalogues
• Preparing and issuing accurate quotations
• Processing customer and web shop orders
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times
• Following up quotations to convert them into orders
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Excel
• Supporting the web shop with product listings and pricing updates
• Assisting with stock management and annual stock takes

Experience within engineering, manufacturing, compressed air, automotive, or industrial parts would be highly advantageous.
