Mixxos Group in Flitwick is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to provide front-line technical and commercial support, prepare quotations, process orders, and help engineers with parts enquiries.

This role suits a motivated, technically minded person who can interpret drawings, work with Excel, and maintain accurate records in internal systems, contributing to fast, accurate supply of components.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical sales or support role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and parts manuals.
• Excellent communication by phone and email.
• Strong Excel and IT skills.
• Organised and proactive approach.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

Overview

Technical Sales Administrator – Flitwick – £28,000 to £30,000 per annum plus benefits – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

As a Technical Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of the business, supporting customers and engineers with parts enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring the correct components are supplied quickly and accurately.
