THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Farfetch, reporting to our VP Growth Marketing. You will be responsible for leading the organization's efforts to drive scalable growth by developing and optimizing strategic marketing partnerships, ensuring measurable and incremental impact on revenue and customer acquisition. You thrive in solving complex problems in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, balancing tactical needs whilst driving strategically for a long-term solution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-value partners (e.g., credit institutions, airlines, student associations) and increase Farfetch promo code visibility among their customers or member baseIdentify, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (e.g., commission rates, flat fees, bonus structures) with our procurement team
  • Align partnership activities with broader marketing calendar (e.g., promotions calendar)
  • Monitor billing and payments to partners
  • Develop and manage quarterly planning and forecasting processes in connection with our Marketing Analytics team
  • Manage and develop one team member in charge of junior and operational tasks
WHO YOU ARE
  • Solid experience in Marketing Channel Management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing growth marketing or growth hacking strategies that extend beyond Google and Meta.
  • Ideally, you also have experience in Marketing Partnerships, particularly working with airlines or credit institutions
  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and influence external stakeholders to capitalize on business opportunities with global or regional partners.
  • Expertise in Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships: Direct experience working with affiliate networks and/or tech/Saas platform partners like Partnerize.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of fraud prevention, payments, and promotion code tracking, gained through close collaboration with tracking experts, legal teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Additional Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of SEM and Display marketing would be a valuable asset, contributing to a broader understanding of the overall marketing channel mix.
  • Data driven with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
