Partnerships Manager (12 month FTC, Maternity Cover), London

WildBrain CPLG is seeking a Partnerships Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This role involves leading multi-territory strategic plans, managing revenue forecasts, and coordinating global projects and collaborations. The manager will work closely with territories, stakeholders, licensors, and finance teams to ensure strategic objectives are met, and will support business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and executing multi-territory strategic plans in collaboration with local teams.
  2. Monitoring and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  3. Managing global projects, collaborations, and activations through PR, retail, and marketing.
  4. Supporting territories with strategic and operational support.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and licensors.
  6. Responding to licensor requests regarding sales, marketing, and retail plans.
  7. Understanding local market needs and aligning strategies accordingly.
  8. Providing financial analysis and forecasts in partnership with finance.
  9. Assisting in new business acquisitions and maintaining competitive intelligence.
  10. Representing the company at trade fairs and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive senior-level experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within licensing, toys, apparel, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience working closely with retailers and buyers.
  • Creative thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
