We're looking for a commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to drive partner-led growth and build scalable, revenue-generating partnerships. You won’t just “integrate” — you'll build revenue engines with our partners, thinking like a go-to-market leader at every step.
You will:
Own a revenue target through partnerships (resell, affiliate, co-marketing, referral models).
Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships aligned to Minut’s strategic priorities.
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring continuous value creation and collaboration.
Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and product adoption.
Pilot new partnerships quickly, validate success, and build scalable playbooks for repeatable growth.
Train and enable partner teams to effectively position Minut’s solutions, coordinating regular updates and sales enablement initiatives.
Track partner performance and leverage CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Reveal, Crossbeam) to analyze data, drive insights, and optimize engagement.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key distribution and platform partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com , and Expedia to enhance visibility, integrations, and co-marketing opportunities.
Represent Minut externally at industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
Identify market trends and capture partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring clear expectations and mutual value.
4+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial sales roles, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or hospitality tech.
Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating partnerships.
Strong commercial instincts — you think in terms of pipeline, revenue impact, CAC/LTV, and GTM leverage.
Exceptional relationship-building and cross-functional influence skills — you can rally Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams around shared goals.
Bias for action — you’re skilled at turning conversations into pilots, and pilots into measurable wins.
Comfortable working in scrappy, entrepreneurial environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
A growth mindset around partnerships: embedding, co-selling, co-marketing, reselling, and ecosystem collaboration.
Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or hospitality tech is highly desirable.
Work at a fast-scaling, mission-driven company that’s shaping the future of property operations
Bonus structure tied to partnership performance, and stock options
A chance to build something from the ground up and make a real impact
Co-ownership - you’ll receive an equity stock options package. If the company value increases, so does the value of your stake.
Learning – Be part of an environment highly focused on knowledge and developing new skills.
Wellness grant - You may use up to £50/month towards any wellness-related activities, such as gym membership or sports activities.
A hybrid working policy (at least 2 days per week from our London office).
Bike-to-work and workplace nursery schemes.
Off-site – Company-wide retreat in beautiful locations.
