Who you are:

  • 3+ years experience identifying, winning and onboarding high value, commercial partnerships in either a partnerships or senior business development role
  • Experience engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, across all levels of the partnership ecosystem
  • Willingness to work flexibly - sometimes partnerships requires working outside the ‘9-5’
  • Experience contributing to and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience writing winning responses to tenders/RfPs
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage and report to senior stakeholders - you would be working closely with our Exec team
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks to competing deadlines
  • Ideally have experience in the employee benefits sector, energy sector or automotive industry

What the job involves:

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help grow our partnerships team as we rapidly scale. You’ll be working to onboard a key list of new strategic partners as well as furthering the activation of our existing partner network. You’ll be a key member of the team responsible for making sure we deliver value for our partners, our mutual clients and their employees, joining the existing Head of Partnerships and another Partnerships Manager to make this happen!

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships on inbound partnership enquiries and new partner pipeline development
  • Take part in commercial and legal negotiations with prospective partners Nurture these partners into successful, active ‘in life’ partnerships
  • Contribute significantly to the Partnerships strategy - we are relying on your experience, know-how and learnings.
  • Establish The Electric Car Scheme as leader & “go to” brand in our category for partnerships
  • Be a key representative for the company at events to drive awareness and partnership opportunities
  • Provide commercial insights and input into the Tech roadmap, to make sure our partners are benefitting from a competitive experience by working with us
  • Closely collaborate with and support the Customer Success teams during partner client onboarding - ensuring your partners clients are having a seamless experience
  • Issuing quarterly performance reports and commission statements
