Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire creators for the platform, especially those with experience in creator talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or digital-native platforms.
• Bring 7–10+ years of experience in commercial/revenue leadership within creator or ad-driven platforms, focusing on sales and business development.
• Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial team focused on platform monetization.
• Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto sectors.
• Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
• Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
• Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-sharing models, and vertical growth.
• Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
• Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks across markets.
• Understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones.
