Powered by Web3, verified human interactions, and a tokenized value exchange model, creators own their success, fans earn from the value they help create, and brands connect with communities in powerful, performance-driven ways. We are looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators to the platform. If you've worked in a creator talent acquisition agency or a digital native influencer marketing platform to acquire top creators, we are keen to speak with you.

• Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial/revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms, especially in sales and business development roles.
• Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.
• Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto sectors.
• Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
• Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
• Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-sharing models, and vertical growth.
• Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
• Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work across markets and time zones are essential.
