Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage key school accounts across Northamptonshire in a hybrid role.

You will be the first port of call for recruitment queries from schools and academies within the Multi-Academy Trust, delivering a high-quality candidate journey and filling vacancies in line with client needs. Ideal candidates have at least 12 months in education recruitment, strong customer service, and the drive to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in education recruitment.
• Experience running a fast paced, established temp desk.
• Understanding of managed service solutions.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working to KPIs.
• Must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Be the first port of call for recruitment queries from schools & academies in the Trust.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Manage long-term and day-to-day vacancies effectively
• Develop a strong talent pool of vetted candidates ready for placement
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
• Collaborate with partner agencies to meet school requirements
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate contract renewals and client satisfaction
• Present MI data to school stakeholders to demonstrate partnership success
