Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. in Nottingham/Derby is seeking a Partnership Executive to drive and manage a portfolio of schools and academies. You will be the first port of contact for recruitment queries and will work with the wider team to deliver outstanding service.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing vacancies, and developing candidate pools. You will conduct interviews, support at-scale MSP solutions, and help ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in education recruitment.
• Experience running a fast paced, established temp desk.
• Understanding of managed service solutions.
• Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working to KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• As the key account manager, be the first port of call for recruitment queries from schools and academies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage a variety of long-term and day-to-day vacancies.
• Develop a strong talent pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement.
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate strong client relationships and renewals.
• Strive to fill a minimum of 90% of vacancies and monitor candidate quality.
• Present MI data to school stakeholders to show partnership successes and areas for improvement.
