Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Partner Services Advisor to support governance and operational management of SHI's Service Partner community. You will be a key contact for Service Partners, Sales, Presales, and internal teams, ensuring processes are followed and records are accurate.

You will coordinate onboarding, engage partners for customer opportunities, and maintain partner data across systems while delivering a world-class partner experience.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years' experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, partner support, customer service, or sales support role.
• Experience working within a structured business environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Experience using CRM, PSA, ERP, or service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Partner Manager as a subject matter expert for Service Partner related queries and governance.
• Coordinate partner onboarding activities from initial request through completion with internal teams.
• Maintain partner information, records, and governance compliance across systems.
• Produce and maintain a reporting suite for stakeholders with insights on the partner community.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and Service Partners to promote collaboration and effective service delivery.
