Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a B2B sales support or business development support role within telecommunications or technology.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, storage or IT infrastructure markets.
• Experience in indirect sales models (channel partners or resellers) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering formal business proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Help build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Act as a point of contact, facilitating communication between the team and customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support the smooth delivery of business proposals.
• Approach the client and schedule meetings alongside the manager and team.
• Support market research and competitor tracking activities.
• Assist in coordinating activities between the company and assigned customer accounts.
