Job summary

Ocado Group in Hatfield is seeking a Partner Growth Executive to influence partner performance across Europe. You will work with the Partner Account team to grow partner online sales, improve customer acquisition, and maximise basket size through data-driven growth initiatives.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and tech teams to prioritise initiatives, monitor feature adoption and provide insights to partners and internal stakeholders to drive sustained commercial success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English essential and one other European language desirable.
• Bias to action, capable of designing data-driven strategies but also secure implementation.
• Stakeholder, relationship building and networking skills.
• A team player who's comfortable interacting with Partner teams.
• Self-motivated with an ability to deliver to deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Experience in growth, marketing or trading within direct-to-consumer contexts (grocery ecommerce a plus).
• Familiarity with data-driven marketing and ecommerce metrics such as user growth, conversion, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver growth strategy for assigned Partner(s), driving customer acquisition, retention, order growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and technology teams and Ocado stakeholders to align growth priorities.
• Analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate growth objectives into prioritized initiatives and optimisation opportunities for long-term success.
• Represent Partner growth requirements in Ocado's roadmap governance and support feature discovery.
