Job summary

Ocado Commercial is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager to drive growth for partner retailers across EMEA. You will work with the Partner Account team to enhance online performance, acquisition and profitability, travelling as needed to Saudi Arabia and Europe.

The role combines ecommerce knowledge with analytics and strong stakeholder engagement. You will lead growth initiatives, leverage OSP capabilities, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes for partner businesses while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce growth or partner management.
• Ability to translate data into growth recommendations.
• Willingness to travel internationally (Saudi Arabia and/or Europe).

Responsibilities

• Shape and influence growth strategies for partner accounts.
• Drive growth in partner businesses, including customer acquisition, retention and order growth.
• Collaborate with the Partner Account team and central growth experts to implement strategies.
• Provide insights and reporting on growth topics to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Act as Ocado’s growth and ecommerce expert for the Partner, guiding configuration and monetisation decisions.
