Job summary

Softcat is hiring for a Support Executive to join the Public Sector Sales Support team. You’ll assist with sales support activities, manage invoices, and respond to queries, helping maintain strong partner relationships.

The role offers blended hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and flexibility around school pickups. You will work with a dynamic, collaborative team across Manchester, Leeds and beyond.

• Being responsive and take autonomy of all queries that come into the Entry/ Invoicing inbox.
• Organise the workflow of Partner Alliance invoicing services & liaise with the relevant departments (Credit control, Finance etc) until payment is complete.

There are 40 members of the Public-Sector Sales Support team. All cover a variety of accounts managers, verticals, vendors and with Partner Alliance. There are a range of different support levels within the team. These levels cover & have experience in dealing with all Public Sector verticals. You will also be working alongside the Public Sector Partner Alliance Team who are based in Softcat's Manchester and Leeds offices. The team are responsible for managing relationships with Softcat's specialist Public Sector partners.

As a Support Executive you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales support team. The role will involve supporting the Team in a wide range of sales and back office activities.

• Processing invoices for our Partner Alliance team within NetSuite.
• Being responsive and take autonomy of all queries that come into the Entry/ Invoicing inbox.
• Organise the workflow of Partner Alliance invoicing services & liaise with the relevant departments (Credit control, Finance etc) until payment is complete.
