Partner Enablement Manager - EMEA

One of the largest social media platforms is seeking an exceptional Partner Enablement Manager to lead our channel marketing strategy and execution with EMEA mobile provider partners. Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement for EMEA, this role involves managing all marketing operations for product and service launches, including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement. The role also focuses on continually improving tools and processes to meet strategic goals.

Successful candidates will demonstrate influential leadership, effective communication across functions and levels, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with democratized information. Collaboration will span Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional leadership teams of our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement go-to-market retail channel marketing strategies in EMEA, aligning with Category and Product Marketing teams.
  2. Build programs to optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and retention across multiple products and services.
  3. Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within budget and KPI targets, continuously measuring and optimizing programs for efficiency.
  4. Manage channel co-marketing and OPEX budgets, focusing on performance and metrics delivery.
  5. Present marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
  6. Oversee content and campaign activities across retailers, ensuring brand standards and strategic alignment.
  7. Innovate and establish partnerships to expand marketing opportunities.
  8. Identify new channel marketing opportunities within EMEA and in collaboration with other regions, preparing proposals for review and decision-making.
  9. Coordinate marketing elements of quarterly reviews, including regional performance analysis.
  10. Provide and receive candid feedback on sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Channel Marketing or similar roles.
  • Proven success with consumer technology brands.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies across digital and physical retail channels.
  • Experience working directly with online retail partners, with knowledge of advertising metrics such as CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Knowledge of GMROI, inventory turns, and related financial metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, able to identify inconsistencies.
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong conflict management skills and ability to address issues swiftly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate diverse organizational environments.
  • Experience creating and managing project trackers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with challenger or innovative technologies like Uber, Nest, or Apple iPad.
  • Background in creative design is a plus.
  • Experience in executing direct-to-consumer retail strategies.
  • Proven ability to bring projects from concept to execution.
