Sr Partner Development Manager, System Integrators

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services through strategic partnerships with System Integrators. This highly specialized role requires a proven track record of deep expertise in enterprise IT transformation, developing strategies for transforming organizations, and extensive knowledge of ERP, data centres, and enterprise IT.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Recruit, onboard, develop, enable, and grow a select number of system integrator partners. Own joint go-to-market strategies, monitor program status, provide sales support, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and drive partner expansion aligned with AWS.
  2. Leverage experience and expertise in enterprise IT transformation, strategy development, ERP, data centre exit strategies, and enterprise IT to promote AWS adoption through System Integrator partnerships.
  3. Advocate for customers by conveying partner feedback to AWS teams to improve partner-related processes and services, ensuring alignment with System Integrator needs.
  4. Lead complex IT transformations with partners, applying AWS best practices and managing deal execution with System Integrators.
  5. Collaborate with System Integrator leadership to accelerate existing opportunities and identify new business development avenues for AWS services, managing the deals pipeline effectively.
